At Amore-Tea-o, we take pride in crafting high-quality herbal teas. Because of the nature of our products, your satisfaction is very important to us.

Returns

• We do not accept returns on opened packages due to health and safety reasons.

• Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only for unopened items that are returned in their original condition.

• If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item or issue a store credit/refund.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
