Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate $4.95

  • Free Shipping: On all U.S. orders over $50

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
    (Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to postal service issues.)

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • International shipping will be available soon.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Damages & Issues

  • Amore-Tea-o is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once in the hands of the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello.amoreteo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of herbal tea products, we do not accept returns once a package has been opened.

  • If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we will happily replace it or issue store credit.
